While it seemed like a good idea to grow beards and then shave them into various styles after SEMP, we all now seriously regret ever doing so (see above). We turned out looking much creepier than we thought.
HOWEVER, this gives you an opportunity to win free stuff. Here’s the contest: creatively subtitle all 3 pictures and make sure to pick your favorite (for “bragging” rights between Mike, Jon and I). Ever been journeying through life and encounter a difficult question about God, the Bible, spirituality or life itself? A question that really makes you stop and think? Well, in the month of August, I want to try and give you and your friends an opportunity to ask those kinds of questions. Each night at Student Impact, I’ll pick a question that one of you has submitted on this page, and use my teaching time to address it from the Bible as completely as I can. And then immediately afterwards, I’ll open up the floor for you to ask some follow-up questions as you wrestle through what has just been said. It’ll be a little different, but I think it could be really beneficial for us…

Join us Thursday, August 12 when we take SI on the road to Progressive Field! We’ll be meeting at the Warehouse at 5:30pm, and then jumping on a bus to check out the Tribe (they’ve won four straight!) battle the Orioles. Cost is $15 by yourself or $20 for you and a friend…in other words, it makes sense to bring a friend…haha. Register online or download & print a brochure!
